At Smoke House Meats Gourmet BBQ, I offer a unique gourmet take-out or self-serve catering and dining experience crafted specifically for each individual or group. Your satisfaction is my utmost priority, which is why I personally prepare all the food you enjoy. There are no other chefs, cooks, or sous chefs involved—just me. This ensures that the quality of your food is meticulously controlled, and if something isn't right, I have only myself to hold accountable.

Due to increased business demand, please take note of the following information:

Service Days: I ONLY provide services on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and three-day holiday weekends. No services are offered Monday through Friday unless special arrangements have been made.

Order Schedule: Orders are taken Monday through Wednesday for pick-up on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday (if it's a holiday). No orders will be taken on Fridays.

Pick-Up and Delivery: Most orders will need to be picked up. I am located in SE Aurora (Tower and Iliff area). Delivery services are extremely limited, and a $25 delivery fee will be added to orders within a 5-mile radius.

Your order is tailored to your needs, ensuring it isn't left sitting under a heat lamp somewhere.
